All machining jobs begin and end with cleaning of the engine parts.  In order to properly inspect engine heads and blocks, as well as any troubleshooting, the parts must be degreased, cleaned of soot and rust.  In addition to traditional high-pressure washing, we have two machines to wash the parts. High pressure washer for smaller parts and immersion cleaning machine for bigger parts.  The number one advantage of machine washing over hand washing is the possibility to far better washing of oil, water outlets, and blind holes.

The importance of machine washing is also illustrated in the fact that washing machines nowadays cost as much as a modern machining equipment.
