We perform cylinder head grinding (alignment) using two machines. Berco SM 1300 and AZ 1600 SP are machines that, depending on the type of cylinder head, have PCD and CBD round inserts, as well as stone segments guaranteeing a high-grade surface finish with ideal roughness levels.

Experience and the preparation tool enable us to minimize material removal and grinding speed. If you only require grinding of the cylinder head, chances are that this will be done in one business day.

Whether large or small, we can grind all cylinder heads up to 1,600 mm in length and 400 mm in width.
